• Obtain control of the “preponderance of propaganda” • Create and vilify an enemy • Establish means to intimidate and control dissenters • Establish coalition of “PAWNS” (pressure groups) from those who consider themselves victims and want restitution and vengeance, those who want to use government force to control other’s behavior and those who would use government for personal gain • Institute policies that increase the “WANNABE PEERS” core constituency (those living below the poverty level and dependent on the government for survival) • Create a series of economic crises that result in incremental loss of individual freedom and eventually resulting in a coup that establishes a “KING” |
• Gain control of mainstream media • All comments and articles on a subject must be consistent but not identical. All propaganda should reinforce preceding efforts and hold the selected enemy responsible • Select and vilify the enemy. All “preponderance of propaganda” effort should not only sell the proposal but should reinforce the campaign against the enemy • Establish non-objective laws to intimidate dissenters • Create bureaucracies with the power to enforce their rules and regulations on a “guilty until proven innocent” basis (Very effective in silencing dissenters) • Disarm the citizens (gun control) • Establish programs with rewards for the “PAWNS” to obtain their support to build a coalition of pressure groups • Create victimless crimes to reward “PAWNS” whose agenda is behavior control (victimless crimes destroy wealth and provide a mechanism for intimidating dissenters). Enforcement of victimless crimes destroys wealth and causes disruption of the economy • Make and implement proposals to provide restitution and exact revenge to reward the self professed victims • Behavior control legislation outlaws whole industries. Prohibition of alcohol is a good example. (destruction of wealth) • Labor legislation that sanctions the use of physical force by the employees to control the employer’s facility to force agreement in labor contracts. These coerced contracts increase the cost of “consumable assets” and in extreme cases can destroy whole industries • Force the use of government regulations instead of the judgment of the employer to select and promote employees • Obtain control of energy. All “consumable assets” have energy content and require transportation. Increasing the cost and reducing the availability of energy reduces the standard of living and has the potential to destroy the economy. (Nothing has more potential to increase the “WANNABE PEERS’” core constituency.) • Implement rules and regulations that limit the use of private property without compensation to the property owner. (Limiting the use of the property destroys wealth) • Limiting the harvesting of natural resources (inhibits the creation of wealth) • Earmark legislation (deployment of wealth without regard to return on investment is destruction of wealth) • Inflation of the currency, a covert tax that increases the real wealth controlled by the government. (redeploys wealth to non productive uses, destroys savings which increases the portion of the population dependent on the government for survival) • Environmental rules and regulations that destroy wealth and increase the cost of living with no return on the investment. (Enhancement of the quality of life is a return on investment and environmental initiatives that maintain and enhance the quality of life are not a part of the “WANNABE PEERS” agenda. Most environmental issues have little, if any, payback and could never pass an “economic impact statement”) • Taxing the “COMMONS” on productivity destroys their ability to generate capital for economic expansion (redeploys wealth from the most productive uses and destroys the incentive of the “COMMONS”, a devastating effect on the compounding of the “technology dividend”) • Allow immigration of persons who have no wealth and little or no job skills. ( an instant increase in the ranks of the poverty stricken and in the “WANNABE PEERS” constituency) • Use charismatic spokespersons to sell their programs and disguise their true objectives • Use extreme patience and take only what the “COMMONS” are willing to give up at any given time, avoid conflicts and evaluations that could expose the real effects of proposals (The only possible conclusion of the slow methodical destruction of individual freedom (capitalism) is the economic crisis that reestablishes the power enjoyed by KING GEORGE III but under new management) |
